Mastery Continues - Silver Rings

I decided to try to create something a bit more unique.  Here are a few more bands and settings I created.

Mastery Continues - Silver

I picked up some smaller bezel wire to work on some of my flat faced cabochons.  This is my latest creation.  The ring shank is made from 16 and 18 gauge sterling silver wire; the bezel from fine silver and the stone is a Rutilated Quartz. The back has a small heart cut into the silver plate to allow the light to come behind the stone.

Mastery Continues - Etching Day 2

So I had some interest in the the metal etching so Hubby made these two really cool pendants which we will be carrying in the shop now.  I am going to have him rotate the crescent moon a bit to make it more Hecate and less Diana but yea I love it.  I also ended up finishing three sterling silver rings and two pendants.  I love how they turned out.

Here's my work!

Mastery Continues - Working with Silver

Recently I started learning to bezel set stones.  I really loved this blue cat's eye and thought it would make a really cool ring.  I share it before but I really wanted to show case it.

Weaving Wednesday - Ring

Today I decided to share another ring I was working on.  This time I included a sky blue topaz stone in the center.  This ring was inspired by the Easy Peasy Ring Tutorial by Nicole Hanna.  I highly recommend checking out her tutorials. They are easy to follow, have great step by step photos and will help you get on your way to making fantastic jewelry.

This is the process of creating the ring.
