In my own spiritual practice, I grew my hair in dreadlocks for over six years as a devotion to the Goddess Hecate. The ancient texts that describe Hecate with hair made of snakes deeply resonate with this practice. PGM IV.2785-2890 states: "and her hair is made of snakes."

TIP - Use a hair tie to tie up your hair overnight, maybe in the moon phase to harness the energy you’re looking for - bind that energy in your hair!

In Ayurveda, hair care is a daily ritual that goes beyond mere grooming. Massaging your scalp with herbal oils is believed to nourish not just your hair, but also your mind and spirit. These rituals are thought to balance your body's energies and enhance your spiritual well-being.
