The Full Moon: A Moment of Clarity

If the New Moon is for dreaming, the Full Moon is for shedding. It’s a pivotal moment in the lunar cycle. Everything becomes visible — even the things we’ve tried to ignore. The pressure, the overcommitments, and the outdated stories we keep telling ourselves come to light.

But here’s the thing: you don’t need an elaborate ritual to participate. Sometimes, the most powerful magic is done with your eyes closed and your heart open.

🌬 A Simple Full Moon Visualization (5 Minutes or Less)

You can do this sitting in a chair, lying on your bed, or standing outside under the moonlight. Wherever you are — that’s your sacred space.

1. Breathe and Drop In

Close your eyes. Inhale for 4… hold… exhale for 6. Do this three times.
